Can I use prohibited links if I upgrade my blog?

  I would like to advertise affiliate programs on my blog and believe I need to upgrade my blog. Which package do I upgrade to, so I can do this? Is it a self-hosted site? Thank you.

  There is no upgrade here that will allow affiliate links except the VIP program, which costs in excess of $30,000 a year. You will need to leave WordPress.com and get a self-hosted site if that’s not within your budget.
