Can I Use Shout-box or Plurk Widget??

  Been wondering since this morning…. I’ve put my Plurk widget code to the text widget, but unfortunately it won’t work!

  Probably because the code contains javascript, iframes, or something like that. http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/05/07/javascript-can-i-use-that-on-my-blog/ If you paste the code here between backticks (the key to the left of the #1 on your keyboard) we can take a look and see.

  If code put into a widget vanishes when published, that’s because it contains elements like javascript or Flash that are not allowed here.

  Neither Shout-box nor Plurk will work here until they provide an HTML-only version.
