Can I use the 2011 theme for a business site on WordPress.com?

  Can I use the 2011 Theme on WordPress.com (specifically the fonts Liberation Sans and the default text font which I believe is technically Helvetica Neue) for a business site? I work as webmaster for a small geoscience consultancy, so there’s nothing sketchy or offensive about what we do, but reasons of copyright and our own promotional materials, we wanted to make sure. Thanks!

  As long as your site follows our Terms of Service (http://en.wordpress.com/tos), that’s a-okay. As long as your site isn’t spam, porn, not using advertisements, etc, you’re okay in our book. :-)
