Can I use the blog address healingmoments.wordpress.com?

I was changing my blog address from rinaperu.com to healingmoments.com (for “Healing Moments” is my blog title) but WordPress informed me that healingmoments.wordpress.com already exists. When I checked that address, I was informed that blog address has been deleted. I want to change my blog address into healingmoments.wordpress.com (healingmoments.com) and buy a site redirect. Please make it available for me.

I’m sorry that’s not possible. Deleting a blog is forever, the URL cannot be recycled and reused.
