Can I use this theme on a site I already own?

  Is there anyway that I can download it and use it on a website that I already own that isn’t hosted by WordPress?

  Yes, on the Suits Theme Page (http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/suits/) there is a link under Stats & Info where you can download the Suits theme is you are self-hosting your own website/blog (http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/) and if you are using the WordPress software (http://wordpress.org/):

  Download Suits for your self-hosted WordPress site:

  http://public-api.wordpress.com/rest/v1/themes/download/suits.zip

  I have never tried self-hosting my blog and I have never tried using the WordPress software, and so I can not help you with that; but you can find more information/help here:
