  Yes you can use a third party websitebuilder on the Business Plan.

  Take in mind that builder will only work as long you are on the Business Plan. If you decide to downgrade your plan, you’ll have to build your site all over again.

  Also those builders sometimes produce heavy and sloppy html. So before using a third party builder, check if you can do the same with our own Blocks – https://wordpress.com/support/category/content-and-media/blocks/
