Can I use woocommerce with Premium
-
1. I will establish a wordPress site, using WordPress Premium at USD99 a year. Can I add WooCommerce plugin without having to move to ‘Business’?
2. I would like to have 2 or more domains / Sites within the same login / My company. How do I do this and what will the cost be pr. ‘extra domain’. Do I need to install separate wordpresses? The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

1. No. Bear in mind that the Business plan supports only Ecwid, Shopify and Gumroad. WooCommerce plugin is only available on self-hosted installations of WordPress.
2. You can have as many domains you like pointing at one website. For more info read this https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/

Thank you very much: Please forgive me for beeing very beginner:
1. Does your answer means that if I want to use WooCommerce, I cannot have hosting at wordpress.com? at all?2. I meant “independent” websites, for different customers of ours.
How do I do this; do I pay f.ex. USD99 pr. domain? -

1. If you want WooCommerce you have to host your site elsewhere. Have a look here https://wordpress.org/hosting/
2. Yes the Premium plan is per site. You’ll have to purchase the Premium plan for each of your customers.

Domains are cheapers than premium plan.

Domains are 18 USD per site (registration + mapping) and then you can use the free plan.
If you want more space, custom design, no ads, etc. you have to buy the Premium plan (which induces the domain reg.)Have a look here:
