  Even though on the Premium plan you have the Payments feature that lets you accept payments for goods, services, subscriptions, etc. for what you’re describing you’ll need a full-fledged e-shop solution. That can be done on our Business or eCommerce plan with the use of the WooCommerce plugin.

  How if an online shop like Amazon but with more simple features? Is that possible with WP Premium?

  No, that’s not going to be possible on the premium plan hosting. You will need the business or ecommerce option in order to set up any type of marketplace. That sort of set up requires an ecommerce plugin like WooCommerce.
