WordPress.com blogs are non-commercial blogs. We cannot have blogger initiated advertsing on our blogs and we cannot conduct business on them through shopping carts, etc. The only exception is for bloggers with VIP accounts. Please read these very carefully.

Will they suspend my account? You agreed to a binding contract ie. Terms of Service in order to get an account here and a blog. If you break the policies I have linked to above and/or violate the Terms of Service, which say that wordpress.com blogs cannot be used to drive business to third party sites, then your blog most certainly can be suspended and even deleted. Bottom line: If you want a monetized blog then you are in the wrong place. Blogger would be better suited to your needs https://www.blogger.com/start
