Can I view the history of changes I've made in my text widget?
-
I posted youtube videos of songs and want to compile a list so I don’t have repeats, as well as have a separate page of them. I downloaded a plugin called simple history but can’t figure out how to use it and am not sure if it can show me changes I made before installing it. Is there a place on my admin page or something that already tracks my changes?

Which blog do you need help with?
Since you said you downloaded a plugin, it must be a self-hosted WP.org based blog, in which case we cannot help you here as this forum is exclusively for WP.com users.
If it is a WP.com blog then there is no history maintained for widgets. However you can check if the previous text widget is available in the Inactive Widgets area at the bottom of the Appearance > Widgets screen in your Dashboard.

Oh woops. I should’ve read through the plugin before I downloaded it. My blog isn’t self-hosted. And no, it wasn’t available in my inactive widgets, I updated it recently. Guess I’ll have to rely on memory then. Thank you!
