Can I write one post and post it on two wordpress.com blogs?

  I have two blogs and sometimes I want to put the same post on the two blogs. I would also like it that if different people post comments to either blog they appear on both. From what I have been reading this looks possible if I work through wordpress.org however at the moment I am only using wordpress.com. I wanted to know if it is possible through this format? Any help please?

  You can, but search engines won’t like it at all. They’ll downgrade both blogs.

  before you create any duplicate content note how Google views it and note also that the Panda algorithm they use is in effect to detect duplicated content. http://support.google.com/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=66359
