Can infinity feature be actvated when using the Carile Theme?

  I am using the Caroline Theme. Although I am not using footer widgets the infinity feature has been disabled.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Sure! Just check the ‘scroll infinitely’ option in Settings->Reading here:
