Can I/we delete an admin?

  We want to delete an admin-user, she will not be working with the blog and I and her wish to remove her as admin. Since she started this blog, for me and my buisness, we cant not change status on her, and we cant delete her.
  Is it possible to delete an admin? Or make her something else than admin?
