Can log in, but can't change site settings, do not have WP Admin settings

  I log into my account, I can get to mysite, when I go to settings, it says error – ‘You must be logged in to manage site settings’.

  I can get a password reset to my email address, but I can’t get a password reset when I use what I think is my user name.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
