Can 'Media' be searched?

  I have many photos but it is very difficult to find the one I want. Is there a way to search by caption or by name?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, the best you can do is what limited search is provided in your Media Library http://swanengtemp.wordpress.com/wp-admin/upload.php

  Thank you for this. When I log on to WordPress and select ‘Media’ there is no search facility. If I select ‘WP Admin’ and then select ‘Media’ from there there is the facility to search. From now on I will go to ‘WP Admin’ before I edit anything! I found this very confusing – what else does ‘WP Admin’ give you that you don’t get when you first log onto the site?

  We have two user interfaces and I use the classic one. Go to http://swanengtemp.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ and see what you find there.

  Thanks again. I take it that the ‘WP Admin’ one is the classic one. I will use that from now on.
