  Hi there,

  To answer your last question first, WordPress.com is a managed host, meaning we manage the WordPress software and server configuration for you. So there is no cPanel or other hosting admin interface on WordPress.com – on our Business Plan you do get some limited control over some server settings, but we use our own interface for those.
