Can my background image disappear or be resized for my website's mobile view?

  My background image is ruining my site’s mobile view! It interferes with the text and makes it seem sloppy. Is there a way of either removing my background when the site is being viewed on a phone, or better yet, a way of having the background shrink proportionately to fit the viewing format the page is using? It’s a margin-style background on the left-hand side. I love it on the computer version, and it’s ok on the tablet version, but it’s a mess on the phone version. Any ideas? Thanks!   Hi Shauna, Have you taken a look at your mobile settings? In your site’s Dashboard, click Appearance → Mobile and “Enable mobile theme.” Once you do that, you can change other mobile settings as well. Please let me know how this works for you! Many thanks.
