Can my customers upload photos for printing on canvas?

  Hello everyone. I sell photos on canvas. If I google that, a lot of websites enable the customer to upload their own photos, choose the size and pay. My BIG question is, can wordpress accommodate this, or would I need to somehow start a new web page and add it as a link?
