can my menu stay always ?

  I would like my menu to appear always, and not only when clicking on the menu button. I suppose it’s impossible or it depend on the theme I have chosen ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It depend on the theme you have chose.
  BTW, the theme you use right now (Lingonberry) shows the menu:
