Can my 'Pages' become direct links to say, my facebook page?

  Hi, i’m attempting to create a direct link by clicking on my static page link to directly hit me up to my facebook page. However, what happens is that it only directs my readers into another wordpress page with my facebook link posted there.

  Any idea if i can create a direct link, on clicking the ‘Facebook me’ page directly to my facebook?

  Create a custom menu on your free hosted WordPress.com blog.
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
  Add the custom link to your public Facebook site to it as a custom link
