Can my premium upgrade that I have on one blog be used on another one?

  can the premium customized programs be used on my other blog? I’m able to change colors and fonts on my http://www.footprintsstories.net and would like to do the same on http://www.suzannewgibson.com. Can that be done, or do I have to purchase another premium?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No. You have to purchase another one because every upgrade purchase applies only to one blog for one year. There are no bulk deals here.
