Can my site be fully GDPR compliant when using Premium plan?

    Hi!

To be fully compliant with GDPR I need to let my users to actively decide if they want to accept or reject non-essential cookies. These cookies are gathered by WordPress and I can’t stop gathering them. Do I understand correctly that for setting up an advanced cookies banner (not the one with only one button “accept” that doesn’t do anything) I have to buy a Business plan to have an access to external plugins?

I can’t believe it’s not possible to have a simple website aligned with the European law in paid, Premium plan. Can someone confirm? Thanks!
