can my stats stay at home (my blog) rather moving to wordpress.com front page?

  You are absolutely right–I really like to check my stats.

  But I prefer to be able to see my stats when looking at my blog and don’t think it will be an improvement to have to go to wordpress.com. (if I’m understanding the upcoming change correctly). It easier to look at just one site.

  Is it possible that the old way of viewing stats can co-exist indefinitely with the new?

  Will the 24-hour viewing line be eliminated or will it be available on wordpress.com?

  Stats will stay in your Dashboard for a while. Eventually, they’ll move to the main WordPress.com page, which will help us bring more stats features your way.

  The 24-hour line in the admin bar will remain and should link to the new stats location eventually.
