Can my Word Press web address be different than my user name?

  Can my Word Press web address be different than my user name? I’d like the word press web address to contain my blog title instead of my user name. Or do I have to change my user name to my blog title in order to do it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Your blog address and username can be different.

  Note that changing either is permanent and irreversible.
