Can no longer access my WP Admin page

    Hello I have had my current word press site since 2013 it is operating on 4.4.2 I have not made any modifications to any of the plugins however I am not sure if something was compromised as I can No longer get to my sign in page … http://citymodels.ca/wp-admin/ I get an error code of Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/citymodels/public_html/citymodels.ca/wp-settings.php:1) in /home/citymodels/public_html/citymodels.ca/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1228 what can I do… my site is hosted on Godaddy however they do not support WP issues as this is not a hosting problem… I am not a developer and the gentleman that originally was hired to do this site for me is no longer in the country
