Can no longer add images from my Ipad personal libruary. When I click add image it says to pull from URL image

Could you please describe the steps you are taking to insert an image? Additionally, are you using the WordPress.com app or the web interface on your iPad?

I go to our blog and sign in and click on Posts and see all my previous posts and in the upper right hand corner I normally click add new page and it opens add on options so I click Images and it only says URL images and doesn’t give me the option like I once had to click on MY LIBRUARY

I’ve taken a look at this and it looks like, your role on the site is that of a contributor, which means you wouldn’t have access to the media library.

To change this, you would need to contact the site administrator to change the user role.
