Can no longer log in

  I can no longer log into WP because I don’t have my old phone number (and never got a new one) and I’ve run out of backup codes to use. I REALLY don’t have the option of starting a new blog, so I absolutely need help with this. Does anyone know if I’ll need to contact WP directly to solve this issue?
