Can no longer log in after activating a plugin
-
I’m wondering if someone can offer any advice on how to regain access to my dashboard? I recently activated a plugin that left me with the 404 Not Found page and no way for me to log in.
I have tried the the wp-admin.php method with no luck, and I have also downloaded the FileZilla but I cant find my hosting information. I read that I need to log in and deactivate the plugin in order to return my site to what it was. Any help would be great since I am very new at this.
Thank you so much for your time

Hello,
You listed birchandbaker.wordpress.com as the site you need help with, but what you’re describing is not possible with a site hosted here on WordPress.com. Plugins can’t be added and FTP access is not allowed. Those types of things indicate that the site you’re having trouble with is hosted elsewhere. Unfortunately, we’re not able to help you with that at this forum. For assistance regaining access to your site please repost your question at the WordPress.org forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/If you don’t have a username, you’ll need to register before posting.
