Bonjour j’ai le meme probleme
mon site http://www.handyrecrut.com

Hello again @toprintandtoframe it looks like you need to be logged in with a different username account to the one you are posting here in the community forums.
Log out of this account and then log back in as
photoepiphany. You should then be able to access both your above site and the direct support you paid for as a part of your upgrade.Let us know how that goes.

@handyrecrut your site is not hosted here on WordPressdotcom. Please contact your web hosting provider or the support forums at https://wordpress.org/support/ for assistance with your WordPress site.

Hi justjennifer. Part of my problem seems to be I completely deleted photoepiphany from my gmail account No matter how I log in to my site — photographyandframing.blog I get a wordpress message that I no longer have a site and directs me to make a site with wordpress. If I type in photographyandframing.blog I get my site. Best Wishes David Cameron

Hi again Jennifer Just to elaborate – the only thing I can get into is “photographyandframing.blog’ and this is a static site only. Best wishes David

Hi,
I’ve forgotten my password for my photoepiphany account and I cannot reset my password because I’ve permanantly deleted the email connected to the site (email visible only to moderators and staff). The account is now unrecoverable.
I’d like to know if I can reset my password without a recovery email with some other form of identification, or if I can change the email account linked to my lost wordpress site from:
(email visible only to moderators and staff) —> (email visible only to moderators and staff)Thank you for your time,
David -
To clarify the emails I noted were,
I’ve permanantly deleted the email connected to the site photoepiphany. The account is now unrecoverable.
can change the email account linked to my lost wordpress site from:
photoepiphany —> toprintandtoframe -
To Clarify again: I actually thought I could change my email address and still keep opening word press as usual however Just by changing the email to (email visible only to moderators and staff) I could continue to log in as usual. Now I don’t have my original email to log in with. Is there a way to relink my site to the new email. Gmail seems to have completely decommissioned photoepiphany@gmail. I seem not to be able to reactivate my site although the static site is there at photographyandframing.blog Please can you help

Hi @ toprintandtoframe, you can prove your ownership with a transaction ID.
Please do not post it publicly. But do find it, then log out and use it in the account recovery form here:
https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recoveryOur account recovery team will work with you from there.
