Can no longer log into site or retrieve/reset password

    Hi, up until the beginning of January/22, I’ve had no problems logging into http://www.yvrprep.com/wp-login.php to edit my company website. You should be able to see on the backend that I frequently logged in via (email visible only to moderators and staff) as my email account. Please advise how I can re-access the site, as the site isn’t even listed as one of my sites I can choose to get help with.

    Hello again, your site yvrprep.com is hosted with GoDaddy and may have been connected to this WordPress.com account through the jetpack plugin. That would allow you to manage it by logging in here through this WPcom account.

    However, you should still be able to log in to your site through the link you mentioned, but that log in might have different details. If you don’t remember the details for logging in, there’s a “Lost your password” link on your log in page. Have a look here https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/

    If you need more help with logging in to your WP site, head over to the WordPress.org support forums at head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
