Can no longer remove text color in visual mode
-
I’ve had the same issue on the following browsers: Firefox 31.0, Google Chrome, latest.
As of about 22 July I’ve been unable to remove text color in visual mode. Had always been able to remove text color in visual mode previously, from September 2008 to 21 July 2014. Since ~22 July I’ve been able to change a text color (from one color to another, or from no color to some color) as before. However, all attempts to remove text color since ~ 22 July have failed. It can’t be done anymore.
Presently, my unsatisfactory temporary response to the issue is to change text color to black when I want to remove it.

Hi.
Using the “X” from the color palette works. Thanks.
Trouble is, I’d never used it before in the past six years and wasn’t aware of it. Previously (before 22 July), I’d been able to remove the chosen color by re-selecting the same color in the palette. That would undo it, but it doesn’t anymore.
