Can no longer upload a .ppsx file to media library!

I had to make a change to a PowerPoint presentation slideshow that has been on my website for about 6 months. When I tried to upload the revised version to the Media Library I get this message: “Sorry this type file is not permitted for security reasons”.
I installed the WP Extra File Types plugin and it did not help.
I contacted my hosting service and found that they permit the loading of .ppsx files. Help please.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I am sorry you are experiencing this error.
However, your site lemonstograpes.com, that you need help with is using the open source WordPress.org software and you need to seek help at these forums with more experienced members:
