can not access admin

  I created a new WordPress.com account, can see the site in my site list, but cannot access any settings or the admin area.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can access that site admin area at https://vertebrateantibodies.com/wp-login.php using the credentials you choose when you set up that site.

  I have tried this but got the following: ‘There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions’. I have not received any email.
