  All it does esend me to forums

  I dont get to speal to someone physically. They seem no to exist. Eveything automatization, questions, prepared answeres and back to Forums. At Arvixe I have at least a live chat. Someone from India actaully speaks to you. At wordpresss.org I don’t get anywhere, moving in circels.
