Hi there,
I’ve made a change to the site to remove a broken menu item for you. Can you try editing again from My Site > Menus?

Hello there,
I don’t know if my case is anything close to ideesdansgereuses’s but I don’t have access anymore to my primary menu options which makes it look like … let’s say awkward.
Can you help me ? -

Hi Roman (ideesdangereuses),
is there something I must learn in order to prevent this in the future?
I’m not certain of what caused it, but I went into the Dashboard under Appearance > Menus and found the broken item highlighted, so I removed it for you. If you see this issue again, could you try to detail the steps that caused it? We’ll try to replicate the problem using those steps, and then we can ask the developers to fix any repeatable issues.
It looks like you might have accidentally deleted the primary menu you used to have.
You’ll just need to create a new menu and add the items you want into that menu.
Once you’ve done that, check the Header box inside of the menu to assign it to the header location on your theme and save your changes using the blue Save button.
If you get stuck, just open a new thread and we’ll help you out there.

Glad to hear that.

It’s not possible for us to know exactly what happened earlier, but as David said, if you see this issue again, try to detail the exact steps that preceeded it. We can then try to replicate the issue using those steps, and report the issue so any underlying problem can be fixed.

Hello @Kathrynwp , it happened several times yesterday and as soon as it did i simply close my internet window and start back with the last update . What happened every time was the following : I created a category to put under a page in my primary menu in order to post articles related to this category.
But if this newly added catetogy stayed to long as a first degreee choice in my primary menu , my website just automatically deleted my job of creating and organizing my primary menu. Very awkward but this is exactly what happened at least 5 or 6 times yesterday.
Sorry for my English I hope the description of my issue will help you. -
nouveauccastours – I’m having a bit of trouble understanding the steps you’ve described. Voulez vous expliquer en français? (Je parle français.)
If you use the WP Admin menu manager, do you experience the same issue?
https://nouveauccastours.wordpress.com/wp-admin/nav-menus.phpIf there’s any way you could make a screencast of the issue as it happens that would be extremely useful. If you’re on a Mac, you can use Quicktime (New screen recording). On Windows, there are a number of free apps you could use.
