Can not access my dashboard, Page Not Found message

In an effort to try to fix the permalink for my homepage, I ended up breaking my site and my ability to access the dashboard. I had gone into my settings under Writing (or Reading) and changed the WordPress to point to parkingtarget.com/homepage instead of parkingtarget.com, and in that moment, lost the ability to go in and fix it. How can I get back in, or fix it from another path? Thanks for your help – need this fixed asap for my client!

I am logged in under crowsnest2016, but it is another website: parkingtarget.com which I can’t access at all at the moment, and has serious issues (see above). Thanks!

A little more information: I am able to effectively login and access other dashboards for other sites I am managing, so it is not a caching situation or problem with plug-ins, as far as I can tell. The problem exists solely with this one website. Thanks

WordPress.com and WordPress.org are different versions of WordPress, with different support forums. Difference between the two?

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

Please try posting your question to the WordPress.org support forums where questions for self hosted sites can be answered.
