can not access my pages

  can not access my pages and therefore my website. I can access via mobile and other people can access my website. I have tried different browsers and different computers on the same home wifi. no other websites i access are affected. I have followed all the usual remedies.

  I logged onto to my ISP router (at my home) and performed ping tests to my website and nothing is received (from 195.26.118.237 to 192.0.78.13). when I do the same test for ‘wordpress.com’ (192.0.78.17) all test packets are received.

  Correct account: Yes
