can not access my site!!

    Hello, team.
    though i have an email saying my site is up for renewl, I have been trying to acces my sites to upload content and its saying I have not yet created a site and the only options I have is to ‘create site’ . I have had a site for years now and i’m a bit worried!! the sites I own are sunset-sessionsVallarta.com and jonnyseifert.com

    please help

    Can you let us know on which site you want to upload your content?

    Because when i went to check your site status what i notice is the domain you mentioned i.e ‘sunset-sessionsVallarta.com’ is not even registered and is available and the domain jonnyseifert.com is hosted on another host which is not part of WordPress.com.

    WordPress.com and WordPress.org are both different platforms, you can find more information for this here:

    Hello again, my website domain is https://sunsetsessions-vallarta.com/ the domain name is active and doesn’t expire untill oct 2019. however when I log in to wordpress I can’t access my old dashboard or upload on my site..

    I only have to option to “create new site” also my perchase history has been wiped even though i have emails regarding when i perchased my domain names etc.
