Can not access My Site

  Hi! After some time I logged myself back into my wordpress site. However, I can only access the start page. “My site” is not accessible. I got the information to update my browser, which I did. But it is still not working. I can access the page through my phone however.

  I would greatly appreciate if you could be great if you can assist me in this matter.

  Hey Jessica!

  Can you please share the URL of the site that you’re running into issues with?

  Also, have you already tried clearing out your browser cache?

  Hi Jessica,

  The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites. That’s why you’re not seeing anything under My Site, only the option to create a site.

  Is it possible the site you want could be under a different username/account?
