Can not access my site that I paid for and being sent to forums by chatbot

Hello,
I registered common wellness.com and then got an email that it was changed to common wellness.blog. I prefer .com. I tried to log in this morning which I sent aside to get to work and I can’t access my account and have been charged. I also find your customer service extremely frustrating as it just seems to be an endless ai slop loop. I have already reached out about this and got no response.
To make this even more frustrating the chatbot is telling me that I have to have a paid account for customer service, which I have but can’t access.

You created the account electronicsoftlya545ef3cf7 only a few minutes before posting this thread. You are obviously logged in to the wrong account. I guess yopur real account is https://wordpress.com/forums/users/electronicsoft/
Delete current electronicsoftlya545ef3cf7 and log in again as electronicsoft

I have a *similar* (albeit not the same) issue with my account under user name: astoriabuildingdesign — in this case, I can’t login because it is security blocked by some jerk in WordPress.com and I can’t change password because the email account that is associated to that account is defunct relating to domains I couldn’t continue paying money when economy went to complete and absolute utter sh*t since a orange monstrosity returned to D.C. and totally f***ed the economy. So in effect, it won’t allow me to update or change anything which would require a HUMAN as customer service and I can’t log into the account in particular to do so. To top this off, I am being charged $48.00 for a paid service which seems to be that it might be associated with the “astoriabuildingdesign” account because the account I am logged in on, is FREE service account. Let me guess, who’s the jack-hole that came up with this A.I. (Artificial Idiot) thing that is being used on this site. There’s no customer service representative. Maybe, if as passwords needs to be changed, let me log INTO my account and sign in so I can make those changes instead of locking me out of my own account that I get charged $48 for and end up not being able to use the account in any functional way. That’s just f***ing robbery.
Please site moderators, don’t get cute with me. This is as smiley I am or any person is going to be after being robbed $48.00 and possibly getting reamed up the rear with a $30-40 overdraft fee even if refunded the $48.00. Short, don’t get cute with me for some bullsh-t that you jerkoffs pushed which I used to be able to log in and change passwords without 10,000+ acts of forensic verifications that I have to go through to prove I am who I am. It’s bad enough, I’m going to have to have one of my legs up someone at Amazon’s rear. The other leg up someone at LinkedIn’s rear end and then I’m just going to have to use the proverbial “third” leg. Don’t get cute with me. Get the message. Otherwise, you just will see the Irish in me be unleashed !!!!
Lets have REAL humans as customer service not Artificial Idiots !!!!
