Can not access my site to update it. No luck for 2 days. Site name: Pinketies.com

  Please help me get into the admin section of my site Pinketies.com
  Whenever I log in, I get a message that either says PRIVATE BLOG or CREATE A WEBSITE. I am exhausted after 2 days of this. I have tried using different computers from ho me. Maybe they are confused.

  Thank you. Any idea what hours the staff works and whether they are available on Saturdays??

  I have a business plan. I thought that Chat service was available 24 hours. It seem that I can not even connect to chat unless I can properly sign in.

  Yes, you can access live chat support for that site 7 days per week. The issue here, is that you have (at least) 3 different user accounts.

  In order to access Pinketies.com, you need to get signed in to the pinketies user account. Once you are signed in to that account, you’ll find Pinketies.com listed under My Sites in the upper left corner of the screen. For live chat support, navigate to https://wordpress.com/help/contact/ when signed in to pinketies.

  I can continue to help you here if you wish. It does take longer than live chat support because the public support forums are asynchronous by nature.
