Can not access my website

I’ve been helped and my website has been downloaded and I’ve got help to open the homepage again, but we can not enter and edit the page because my username is Kommissionssalg.dk and my password. [redacted] with it does not work either.
I’ve tried to come in to change my password and lookin with that I can not.
