  I’m not sure I asked my question correctly. It is not recognizing me as the “owner” of this domain. I am not being allowed to log in to it at all. This has been a problem for a few weeks now, but I am just now getting around to asking about it.

  Your account is not the owner of that domain, no. The only site in your account is the free WordPress.com site, http://angierippin.wordpress.com/, and that site has no upgrades at all.

  The domain, angierippin.com, is connected to a different WordPress.com site, and belongs to the account, mynameisangie19. You’ll need to be logged in as that username to make changes to that site or to the domain itself.
