Can not access wordpress account zakhassan.com

Permission denied. I payed for a year and have no access to this blog anymore. WordPress has no contact number for customer service. This is very bad.

Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
* You will have to replace “name_of_blog” with the actual blog’s name in that URL.

zakhassan.com is owned by a different user account. This is why you can’t access it from your zmhassan account. Remember that each user account requires a unique email address. Please sign in to WordPress.com using the email address where the note that you’ve shared was delivered to.
I’ve sent a note to the email address that you need to sign in with to access this site. Hopefully this will help you get signed in correctly.

The email address that is registered should be (email visible only to moderators and staff) . I get emails about being charged so it must be the email that I registered with.

You can access the account through account recovery if you have the proof of ownership details mentioned here:
https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recoveryAfter you submit that form we will follow up by email.
These charges are not occurring on the zmhassan account though.
