Can not add a banner image?

  Hi – please help. In the past, my client had no problem adding a banner image to this custom site. however, when they tried removing the header image and adding a new one. It will not publish. Can you help?

  it seems that https://communityairambulance.ie/ is not hosted at WordPress.com
