can not add domain eltaller.club

    Hi, I am trying to map eltaller.club to https://clubcoworking.wordpress.com/
    I was mapping this domain with another user ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) to another wordpress site (also in wordpress.com). I canceled that and then I logged out and logged it with this user (clubcoworking). However, when I try to map the domain here, nothing happens… Can you please take a look?

    Hi there,

    I was able to map eltaller.club for you. You’ll still need to do a few things:

    1) Purchase the subscription here by renewing:
    https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades

    2) If you haven’t done so already, point the domain to our name servers:

    ns1.wordpress.com
    ns2.wordpress.com
    ns3.wordpress.com

    3) After giving that a few hours to take effect, set the domain as primary under https://wordpress.com/my-domains

    Hi,

    I am having trouble adding a payment method. I am using a VISA card which worked for other online payments I did.

    I see an error asking me to contact support.

    Could you please take a look?

    Hi there,

    Our payment processor, PayPal, is currently having issues that are preventing payments and refunds from our side from going through. I can let you know once everything is working again, but apart from that the only option for now is to keep trying until it goes through.

    Just following up. It seems the problem was instead that your credit card was blocked by our system. We’ve fixed that now so you should be able to update your payment details and renew the upgrade.
