Can not buy a domain

  I am from Cambodia. i tried to register a domain, but this is what i got when i tried to submit the billing process. “This transaction cannot be processed. Please use a valid country on the billing address.” Please help i do not know what to do.

  The only methods of payment for upgrades are major credit cards from approved countries and PayPal supported countries. There are no other payment options.
