Can not buy a new business plan and not extend my current plan

Hi
I recently extended my annual subscription with you. Now when I try to start a new WordPress.com Business plan package, the system says “right now you cannot make purchases, contact support”. When I then try to contact support, the page just loads and loads forever just to contact support. Can someone please check what is going on?

Do you have any new information to share? I’ve been allowed to create multiple accounts to get around this, and I run these against the VPN. But as soon as I turn off the VPN service and connect to my WiFi network, the ability to pay is blocked. This leads me to believe that you have blocked the IP address of my home WiFi network from new purchases and that it is not possible to make new purchases once I have connected to it. Can you please take and check what is wrong? There is a risk that I change coughs when there are big problems like this. Unfortunately, because I really like the WordPress.com platform and of course I want to have access to extensions etc in the future as well. -
