Can not Cancel and Refund theme

Hi, I recently purchased the yumblog theme and would like to cancel and refund, but every time i click the link the only thing that pops up is “cancel and refund” with nothing else.

Please advise how I can cancel and refund this theme.

well, when you click the link and up pops “Cancel and refund” click on it.

Hi realbabyeats – sorry you had trouble cancelling the theme; I issued the refund for you. It may take 1-2 weeks for the refund to be reflected on your account. This is the window I saw after clicked on the Yumblog cancellation link – I’m not sure why it didn’t appear for you but I’m going to investigate further. I did notice that you’re both using Safari so perhaps there’s a bug there.

I am having this same problem. I click ‘cancel and refund’ and nothing pops up. please help!

(the blog i need help with is king family photos, theme UBUD)

Lex, I’ve refunded Ubud and cancelled the theme. Sorry for the inconvenience. It can take 1-2 weeks for a refund to be reflected on your account.
