Can Not Change My Email Address

  I can not change my email address under Dashboard==>Options.

  I am able to receive the email with the link. I click on the link and it opens my browser and takes me to the options page. The email address is still my old address. I key in my new address and update but it always reverts back to my old address.

  The threads in the forum search box indicate that this is a problem that ought to be reported by feedback. So I’ll leave you to do that as no volunteers can rectify this for you on the forum.

  I also changed my email adres just like fredcharles did and i have the same problem.
  Podz can you change my emailadres please?

  Now i have a freemail.nl adres, freemail.nl wil not excist anymore from 1 november ’06
  My new adres is a gmail adres.

  @cisce – you’re in good hands with Podz helping you. It’s important not to leave email addresses on the forum because spammers get them.

  Yeah big problems with WordPress Email issue :s This is becoming really frustrating now :(

  I posted the issue via Feedback – Please get this change-email feature working anew please, wordpress admins.

  The last comment here dated from 20th Oct 06, and its nearly the 17th of Oct 07..a year after, and therz still this prob :S:S:S:S

  Moreover, if you have already contacted staff using the “support” link on your dashboard then posting to the forum does not seem to make any sense at all.
